Roncalli athletics strives to teach skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and instill the spirit of competition.
Sports offered for boys include baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, tennis, track and wrestling. Girls sports include basketball, cross country, dance/poms, soccer, softball, tennis, track and volleyball.
Through the generosity of Holy Family Memorial has a full-time certified athletic trainer available to assist with injury prevention, total fitness and injury care. The trainer also team-teaches several fitness related classes.

|2013 Girls Basketball Jet Camp
Our goal is to provide quality instruction of the fundamentals of basketball for grade school girls. The emphasis of this camp will be to help the players improve their skills for next season and future years. We will guarantee one coach or counselor available for every eight players! It will include shooting instruction, passing and ball-handling drills, contests and prizes, team and individual defense, individual workouts and drills for continued development.
Cost of the camp is $40 which includes a t-shirt.

Grades 4-5-6 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. Grades 7-8-9 10:00 - noon
|HFM Sports Medicine Athletic Performance Programs
SPARQ for HS students- Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness are all essential components to improving athleticism.
SPARQ for YOUTH- For athletes going into 5th-8th grade. Learn proper techniques for performing exercises to reduce the risk of injury AND improve athletic performance.
Registration Cost: $55 per person (includes a t-shirt). Discount given (only $45 per person) if a sport team of 10 or more sign up!

|2013 Summer Sportsmetric Knee Injury Prevention
Prevent knee injuries AND enhance performance with Sportsmetrics™; a researched based jump program for all ages. It has been proven to reduce the risk of serious knee injuries, jump higher, land correctly and increase strength!
The 6 week program starting June 17th meets 3x per week with pre and post testing for a total of 20 visits. See flyer for times and locations)
Cost is $180 (only $9 a session!).

|2013 Youth Football Camp
The camp will include: Fitness testing, Individual instruction by the Roncalli Coaching staff and Offensive/Defensive/Special teams instruction Each day there will be an individual and group period where the Roncalli coaching staff will give personal instruction on techniques and fundamentals. This is a technique camp that is not padded and contact will be limited to hitting and tackling the dummies. Proper fundamental techniques will be emphasized. Individual position and team play will be drilled with no one on one physical contact.
Cost of the camp is $20.
Camp dates are Monday, June 17 - Thursday, June 20
Grades 7-9 11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. Grades 4-6 9:30 a.m.- 11:00 a.m.
|2013 Boys Basketball Jet Camp
We have designed JET CAMP for boys to meet the needs of players of all ability levels. Our goal is to provide quality instruction of the fundamentals of basketball for grade school boys. The emphasis of this camp will be to help the players improve their skills for the next season and future years. Also, current Jet basketball players will be used to demonstrate skills and share their experiences in basketball. Camp features will include competitive full and half court games - shooting instruction - passing and ball-handling drills - team and individual defense - individual workouts and drills for continued development.
Cost of the camp is $40 which includes a t-shirt. Registration will be set at 65 players for each session to insure individual attention for all campers. Be sure to register early, the camp has filled up quickly in the past.
Camp dates are Monday, June 17 - Thursday, June 20
Grades 7-9 9:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. Grades 4-6 11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m.
|2013 Boys Basketball Advanced Skill Development Camp
This camp will be open to 40 athletes. There will be a focus on developing sound jump shots, ball handling skills, and footwork. The camp will be run for 4 weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays in June and July for a total of 7 sessions.
Cost of the camp is $40.
Camp dates will be as follows: June 24, 26 and July 1, 8, 10, 15, 17 from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
This program is offered to grades 7-9 only
|2013 Boys Basketball Fundamentals Clinics
This clinic will be limited to 40 athletes. The fundamental clinics will focus on the basic fundamentals of basketball. Fundamentals stressed will be proper shooting technique and ball handling. This camp will include 7 sessions that are held on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Cost of the camp is $40.
Camp dates will be as follows: June 24, 26 and July 1, 8, 10, 15, 17 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Clinic will be offered for players in grades 4-6
|2013 Cross Country Camp
To promote running as a healthy and life-long activity, All levels of ability are encouraged to attend. This camp will prepare athletes for the fall cross country season with designed workouts you can continue to do on your own through the summer pre-season period.
Cost of the camp is $25 (includes t-shirt)
Camp dates: Monday, June 10 - Thursday, June 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
2013 JET LINK SUMMER SOCCER CAMP
2013 MINI – JET LINK SOCCER CAMP
Emphasis of this camp is on fun, games, foundational skills, and encouragement for parent/child activities with the soccer ball. Girls and boys 4 – 6 year olds (must be accompanied by parent)
Cost of the camp is $20, which includes a size 3 soccer ball or $30, which includes ball and t-shirt
Monday, July 8– Wednesday, July 10 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the Roncalli High School soccer fields.
|2013 JET CAMP FOR GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
The goal of this camp is to help girls get a better understanding of volleyball by helping campers improve their volleyball skills through a fun but challenging atmosphere.
Along with the help of the high school girls volleyball team, we will also provide instruction of the basic fundamentals, team aspects, drills, games and skill competitions.
Cost of the camp is $30 (includes a t-shirt)
