|Wednesday, November 6, 2013||6:30 p.m. in the Computer Lab - All Soliciting Chairs||Select firms to be contacted by each auction area. Add new donors; take off others.|
|Wednesday, January 8, 2014||6:00 p.m. in Cafeteria - All Chairs & all Soliciting Committee Members||Contracts handed out. Directions for Solicitors. (Fruit sale meeting will follow at 7:00 p.m.)|

|Wednesday, March 5, 2014||6:30 p.m. in Cafeteria - All Chairpersons||Proofing of auction book. (Or you can meet individually for the proofing)|
